What we collect

Information you give us when you contact us: your name, company, phone number, email address and the details of your enquiry. Information collected automatically when you visit: pages viewed, the device and browser used, and the referring site, through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a demo or an installation, and provide after-sales service. To improve the website and measure which pages and advertisements bring visitors. We do not sell personal data.

This site uses cookies and pixels from Google and Meta to measure visits and the performance of our advertisements. You can block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not stop the site from working.

WhatsApp

When you tap a WhatsApp button, you open a conversation with Hytech in WhatsApp. Messages you send there are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and by Hytech under this policy.

Sharing

We share personal data only with the service providers who help us run the business (hosting, customer relationship software, delivery and installation partners) and only as far as they need it to do the work. We disclose data where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for the period required by Malaysian law afterwards.
